Shipping policy
Your orders will be shipped and delivered at your doorstep (given that the provided address is valid) at minimal charges as we provide shipping at affordable rates all over the world! Here is what you can expect the order process to look like:
- 1-2 days to process your order(s)
- Order dispatched; expected delivery time 5 - 7 days
Please note that delivery may take a little longer than the mentioned time span due to customs and holiday(s) if any during that time of period. Also please bear in mind that the expected date to be delivered is an estimate and the delivery may be either a little late or early with respect to the estimate, depending on the traffic of orders we receive and/or the location from where the product is being shipped (A few of our products are directly shipped from vendors belonging to other countries including Canada, United States, China, India, United Kingdom, etc.). How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is really simple. Just go to My Orders and then click on the option 'Track Order' under the section of product which you ordered.
What if I provided an invalid or wrong address?
Providing an accurate and valid address that belongs to you is your primary responsibility. We try our best to have the order shipped to the respective customer as soon as possible so that we can satisfy our customers, and they may have a good experience with our services. In case you did provide a wrong address, please contact us at the earliest at support@hopperhood.com.
Where is my package/order even after the status is displaying delivered?
In case of a theft or lost packages or orders, Hopperhood may not be held responsible for the incident. Hopperhood partners with plenty of courier services. If you want to talk to someone about this unfortunate incident, we recommend you talking to the shipping carrier with the information that we have provided for your tracking such as Tracking ID, Order Number, etc.

My order/package arrived damaged.
In such cases, we have a protocol that customers are required to follow, the steps for which are to contact us and:
- Provide us with the respective order number
- Attach an image of the damaged product that you received
Once the picture is received and analyzed, we will send a replacement of the order for free.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
Whether a customer is charged for customs and taxes or not will vary from product to product. If customs and taxes charges are levied on a certain product, it will be our responsibility to point it out while providing the payment summary during the purchasing process to let you know of it.
